Note:  Availability of Lionel locomotive power unit kit conversions depend on my supplier being able to provide me with power truck parts.  These parts are from Germany and take long lead times to obtain.  These are special order advance reservation items.  There may be delays from time to time.

The kit contains all parts necessary to assemble and wire the power unit shown below, which will drop into the Lionel F3 die cast shell.  The die cast shell will require three internal posts to be removed.  The original Lionel truck side frames and ladders will also be used.  (Couplers are not included.)  The chassis kit features all wheel drive and all wheel electrical pickup.  The kit comes with all parts required and 7 pages of instructions (two sides) with assembly photos.

The kit contains all parts necessary to assemble and wire the power unit shown above, which will drop into the Lionel GP-9 die cast shell.  The die cast shell will require two internal posts to be removed.  The original Lionel truck side frames will also be used.  Cast resin handrails are included, but wire handrails should be made up by the modeler.  Complete instructions are included.  (Couplers are not included.)  The chassis kit features all wheel drive and all wheel electrical pickup.

This is a cast resin kit build around a wood foundation of bottom and ends.  Although this is a steam era car, it can also be used as a Maintenance-of-Way car, or set beside the tracks as a storage shed, or small station.  It can be built with a Fish-belly frame and older brake rigging, or as a more modern frame and 3 piece brake rigging.  The doors are movable if care is taken with assembly and painting.  Complete instructions and trucks are included, but couplers, and decals are not.

PVM-2007

This is a cast resin kit build around a wood foundation of bottom and ends.  The sides are a one piece casting that includes all details cast on (except the doors) with scribed and braced sides.  This is a NEW kit that has never been offered in TT scale before.  The roof, frame, and sides used completely new masters.  Although this is a steam era car, it was in heavy use during the early diesel days.  It can also be used as a Maintenance-of-Way car, or set beside the tracks as a storage shed, or small station.  The doors are movable if care is taken with assembly and painting.  Complete instructions and trucks are included, but couplers, and decals are not.

These cars will be available for a short run of 40 cars only.  They are cast resin kits similar the 60 foot cars shown below.  There are four types available:  Day Coach, Combine, Baggage, and RPO.  They include easy-to-assemble cast resin six-wheel passenger car truck kits.  See the catalog for pricing and availability.
